Be Unrecognizable At Your Next Family Get Together: 3 Easy Steps For Permanent Weight Loss

by Renee Feldman
Your friend will do a double take when they see how much weight you have lost
Wouldn't it be fun to get together with a friend that you haven't seen in years, only to find that they don't know who you are because you have lost so much weight?  This isn't just a fantasy.  You can lose weight permanently by making small easy changes in your lifestyle.  When you learn how to eat (not diet), exercise and generate a positive frame of mind, you will watch the pounds fall off your body effortlessly.  Now you can see how small incremental adjustments in some of your daily habits can have you dropping weight without your even knowing it.
The secret to painless weight loss is making small changes in your diet that fit into the framework of your actual life.  An example of this is changing what you drink.  Many people consume way more calories then they realize by taking in too many calories with drinks.  Most sodas and fruit juices are loaded with sugar.  So are the mixers in many alcoholic beverages.  By switching out those drinks with water, tea and coffee, you can lose weight.  Other beverages are OK in moderation.  In addition to dietary changes, a person needs to get moving in order to amp up their metabolism and lose weight.
Moving to lose weight basically means exercise.  Many people claim that they don't have time to exercise.  There are ways, however, for people to sneak movement into their lives.  Exercise can be divided into aerobic exercise (cardiovascular exercise) an anaerobic exercise (generally strength and conditioning movements). By combining these two types of movements, you can workout quickly and efficiently.  This is called circuit training.  Circuit training consists of a series of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that are alternated in small time increments.  You get more "bang for your buck" when you do circuits as a form of exercise.  It feels great to get moving, but many people lack the discipline to do it.  That's where mind power comes in.
We all have within us a deep connection between our thoughts and emotions and the functions and behaviors of our body.  This connection is scientifically proven, with more being written on the subject every day.  When you learn how to access the power of your mind and focus, you can solidly implement changes into your life.  This doesn't have to be a difficult process.  It's as easy as doing some deep breathing and clearing your mind of all thoughts for small periods of time each day.

Now aren’t you looking forward to running into your old friend in your new body?  By gradually switching things out of your diet and adding in a bit of exercise, combined with some good old positive thinking, you will lose body fat.
