Have you ever heard a white person talk about people that live in the Deep South, as trailer trash. Obviously, this is not racism, as generally they are speaking about other white people, so perhaps it is elitism? Nevertheless it is obvious that those people who mentioned trailer trash who live in the city, are embarrassed of their own race. What is trailer trash anyway? Someone who lives in a trailer? What about all those people who live in FEMA trailers who have lost everything are they trailer trash to? Those people that speak of trailer trash and call those mobile homes Tornado magnets seem to be putting others down as inferior. After traveling around the world and the United States of America I have seen all types of people in all types of places. I have met intellectuals of academia and I have met those in the high society in the cities and I have discussed topics of conversation and interest in small towns with people that others consider trailer trash. And all of this I have determined that those in high society and the trailer trash are all embarrassing to me. That is to say I am embarrassed to amongst them all. So I asked you; are you embarrassed to be a human and listen to all these people carry on about nothing? Please consider this in 2006. Lance Winslow
